I realized I needed the change when I suddenly became aware of the fact that I am neglecting my body by packing on the pounds and, at the same time, jeopardizing my health.
I felt terrible, I had no energy, and I knew I had to change something in my life.
In that path to becoming healthier and happier, I also realized that I want to create this type of community.
I wanted to inspire and help others to follow the same path and lead a healthy and happy life.
My page has a lot of useful tips like tips, recipes, exercises, tricks, and everything else to help you reach your goals easier.
